We’re looking for a versatile, strategic, and emotionally intelligent Copywriter to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll create impactful messaging for brochures, websites, ad campaigns, blogs, special projects, and email communications - helping tell the stories that matter most in healthcare.

You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing and collaborate with design and digital teams to craft compelling, on-brand copy that connects with audiences across channels. Your work will bring warmth, clarity, and trust to an industry that values all three.

 

What You’ll Do

Write creative, persuasive and engaging content for brochures, websites, email campaigns, paid ads, and blog posts

Develop messaging strategies tailored to both patients and professional audiences

Contribute to campaign planning and creative brainstorms

Collaborate with designers and digital marketers on cross-channel storytelling and SEO

Adjust tone for diverse formats while maintaining brand consistency

Stay informed on content best practices, modern writing trends, and audience engagement tactics

Adapt quickly and confidently in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environment

 

Desired Qualifications

3–5 years of copywriting experience in marketing, healthcare, or a related field

Proven ability to craft high-quality content across a variety of formats

Strong editing skills and comfort adapting tone as needed

Familiarity with content marketing strategy and storytelling frameworks

Bonus: experience with SEO writing, keyword research, or data-driven content

 

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus!)

Experience writing for healthcare

Knowledge of editorial planning or inbound strategy

Background in journalism, communications, or creative writing

Familiarity with CMS platforms or email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
