Position Summary 

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Copywriter to join our in-house creative team. This role is all about crafting persuasive, high-impact copy that connects with audiences and drives action. From brand campaigns and paid media to social, web, video scripts and product messaging, you’ll bring ideas and words that inspire, sell, and deliver results. 

As part of the creative team, you won’t just write copy — you’ll help shape the big ideas. You’ll collaborate with designers, marketers and product teams to concept campaigns, build integrated content and bring the Buffini voice to life across every channel. 

Key Responsibilities (Additional Duties May Be Added As Needed)

• Write clear, compelling and conversion-focused copy for campaigns across digital, social, email, web, video and print. 

• Contribute to brainstorming and concept development alongside designers and marketers. 
• Translate product features into benefit-driven messaging tailored for different customer segments. 
• Maintain and evolve the Buffini & Company brand voice across all platforms and assets. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns deliver a consistent visual and verbal message. 
• Update and manage internal messaging guides, templates and positioning tools. 
• Leverage performance data and customer insights to refine messaging for maximum impact. 
• Stay current on marketing, content and digital trends to keep Buffini’s storytelling fresh and effective. 
• Create compelling blogs and marketing content optimized for SEO to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation.

Qualifications

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• 4+ years of professional copywriting experience in marketing, creative or advertising. 
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, conceptual thinking and results-driven copy. 

• Experience writing across digital, social, video and print. 

• Excellent editing, proofreading and communication skills; knowledge of AP style is a plus. 

• Collaborative mindset and passion for creative problem-solving. 

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. 

• Experience with marketing tools such as Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite and project/content platforms. 

• Interest or experience in real estate, coaching or lifestyle brands is a plus.
