Senior Copywriter

Garver
Full-time
On-site
Little Rock, Arkansas, United States

The Garver Communications Team is a group of strategic thinkers and creative doers all steadfastly focused on telling the story we live out every workday — that Garver is the best firm to work for and with. We do this by bringing on the best talent in our respective disciplines and collaborating in a fun, fast-paced environment to execute award-winning creative campaigns.

We’re adding a full-time Senior Copywriter to our crew. If you have experience and confidence to write with and evolve the voice of the Garver brand, while also taking on occasional writing tasks with more technical demands, then we’d love to have you join our team.

This is an on-site position in Garver’s Downtown Little Rock office.

This role demands a brand ambassador — someone who doesn’t just understand what sets Garver apart, but who also knows how to turn our values and differentiators into messages that resonate with clients and inspire future recruits. You’ll drive brand messaging, maintaining consistency while growing with Garver. You'll be a dedicated writer, developing content for internal communication platforms and campaigns, as well as a variety of external digital and social platforms. You’ll collaborate with a robust creative team that has the support of a 1,400-person (and growing) firm, willing to go the extra mile to best tell our story.

How you’ll work:

  • Collaborating with account managers, digital strategists and marketers, copywriters, graphic designers, photographers, and video production professionals to complete projects from initial concept to final produced piece.
  • Ensuring all messaging aligns with the Garver brand.
  • Providing direction and collaborating with other writers as needed.
  • Learning and growing — working with an industry-leading creative team and expanding your skills into new areas.

What you’ll bring:

  • You have a strong, varied portfolio of work.
  • You have a minimum of five years of experience in a dedicated writing role.
  • You demonstrate impeccable creative execution and strong attention to detail.
  • You think on your feet every day, pivot and multitask fluidly, and work quickly.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree (or higher).
  • You’re organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You’re stimulated by challenges and interested in the types of projects our team works on each day.
  • Bonus points if you have experience working with Asana or a similar project management system.

To be considered, you’ll need to submit a cover letter outlining your interest along with a portfolio of work samples.
