The Opportunity

QVC Group is searching for a creative, emotionally intelligent Copywriter to join our Omnichannel Creative Team. In this role, you’ll craft compelling, on-brand copy for both QVC and HSN, building emotional connections with our customers and driving engagement across digital, print, and video campaigns. You’ll be a master at switching between brand voices, collaborating with creative partners, and bringing our marketing and advertising strategies to life. Your Impact

  • Develop breakthrough brand advertising copy for QVC and HSN, tailored to each brand’s unique voice and audience.

  • Write for the full marketing funnel—from attention-grabbing awareness campaigns to conversion-focused messaging and retention communications.

  • Adjust tone, style, and messaging to fit the platform, whether it’s digital, social, print, or video, ensuring every touchpoint is optimized for engagement.

  • Create compelling hooks and storytelling that cut through the noise and attract new customers.

  • Leverage best practices in direct mail and print marketing to drive customer retention and loyalty.

  • Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, and marketing partners to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.

  • Use customer insights and data to inform and optimize messaging, always keeping the customer at the center.

  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, responding to feedback and shifting priorities with agility.

  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years’ experience writing copy for retail, marketing, or advertising (agency or in-house), with a strong portfolio of brand advertising and campaign work.

  • Demonstrated ability to write for the full marketing funnel, adjusting tone and messaging for awareness, acquisition, and retention.

  • Experience crafting copy for multiple platforms (digital, social, print, video) and tailoring messaging to fit each channel.

  • Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a confident command of spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and project management tools (Airtable a plus).

What You Won’t Do

  • Write technical documentation, long-form articles, newsletters, or product detail copy.

This is a hybrid role based in West Chester, PA. Candidates must be able to commute to our campus at least 6 times per month.
